At-My-Office appointments are done at my office or a local, Pine Grove, California mutually agreed upon location. This service option saves you money on Mobile Notary service too. We recommend you call ahead to make sure Notary is in.
Mobile Notary Service
Mobile Notary Services by appointment available Mondays through Saturdays. Regular Notary per document and per signature fee as well as any applicable After-Hours Notary Service fee would also apply. Advanced payment for any Mobile Notary service selected is required.
After Hours Notary Service
After-Hours Mobile Notary Services by appointment available Mondays through Saturdays. Regular Notary per document and per signature fee as well as applicable Mobile Notary Service fee would apply. Advanced payment for any After-Hours service selected is required.

Meet Notary At-My-Office cost is $15 per signature, per document. Saves you money on Mobile Notary Service too. We recommend you call ahead to make sure Notary is in.

Mobile Notary Service
From $49
plus document notary fee(s)
Mobile Notary Service
cost adder options:
- 1-5 Miles add $49.
- 6-10 Miles add $59.
- 11-15 Miles add $79.
- If greater than 15 miles please call for a quote.
Miles to the meeting location will be calculated based on the driving distance from my Pine Grove office to where Notary is to meet client at and are rounded up to next mile. ie. 5.6 miles will be calculated to be 6 miles.
Notary signature cost is $15 per signature, per document.
Mobile Notary Service fee is to be paid in advance of Notary travelling to client’s site. If mobile notary service is not completed due to client not providing proper identification needed by Notary to notarize document(s), or a invalid document(s) are presented to be notarized, Notary will not be able to notarize document(s) and there will be a $35 charge to the client plus applicable mileage fee.
After Hours Notary Service

After-Hours Notary Service cost adder options:
- Mondays-Fridays: 5:00-9:00pm: $99.
- Saturdays: 5:00-9:00pm: $149.
Notary signature cost is $15 per signature, per document.
After-Hours Notary Service fee is to be paid in advance. If notary service is not completed due to client not providing proper identification needed by Notary to notarize document(s), or a invalid document(s) are presented to be notarized, Notary will not be able to notarize document(s) and there will be a $35 charge to the client plus applicable after-hours and mileage fees.
